A- Scope of Insurance

A.L- Scope of Insurance

With this insurance, financial damages directly caused by fire, lightning, explosion or fire, explosion and explosion resulting from smoke, steam and heat insured goods are provided up to the insurance bedeline.

A.2- Scope of insurance cover

2.1- In immovable properties:
1.1- If there is no contract; garage, water depot, coal mine, and all kinds of fixed installations, elevators and escalators, lightning, television antennas, etc., which are located in or on the premises of the buildings.
1.2- Things such as garden and surrounding walls, piers, terraces, scaffolds, fountains, sculptures outside the building, cisterns and pools are only covered by insurance, provided that they are stated in the policy.
1.3 The value of the land is not taken into consideration when determining the insurance value.

2.2- For movable properties:
2.1.
a) If insured things are separated into substances or groups in terms of their qualifications,
b) If a single insurance amount is provided for all of the insured items, the insurance included in the definition of this amount, even if it is specified separately in the policy, substitution or subsequent purchase due to a new purchase.
2.2- If there is no contract to the contrary, insurance belongs to the family members who live alone with them, or to the persons and employees they live with.

A.3- Charges and Losses that may be included in the scope of collateral

3.1- All damages (including damages directly caused by fire and explosion, fire and explosion resulting from smoke, steam and heat insured goods) are excluded from insurance coverage due to the following cases. However, this coverage can be included in the supplementary contract according to these general conditions and attached clauses:
1.1- Strike, lockout, turmoil, popular movements
1.2- Terror
1.3- Earthquake and volcano eruption
3.2- Damages due to the following cases are not covered by the guarantee. However, the supplementary agreement covers coverage under these general conditions and attached clauses. However, the financial damages directly caused by fire and explosion, fire and explosion, which are caused by the following conditions, directly caused by smoke, steam and heat insured goods are included in the scope of collateral although not additional contract.
2.1- Snow weight
2.2- Flood and flood
2.3- Land slide
2.4- Storm
2.5- Internal water
2.6- Smoke
2.7- Vehicle strike
7.1- Land Vehicles
7.2- Marine Vehicles
7.3- Air Vehicles
2.8- Malicious acts
3.3- The following are not covered by guarantee. However, they may be included in the scope of collateral by additional contract, provided that they are stated separately in the policy:
3.1- It is worthy in terms of art or antiquity; tables, pictures, books, engravings, writings, sculptures, bibles, collections, carpets and the like.
Models, molds, plans and sketches, specifications, documents, commercial books and the like.
3.3- Cash, stocks and bonds, securities, all kinds of gold and silver, jewelery and jewelery made of them, and other precious metals and articles, precious stones and pearls and the like.
3.4 Sea and air vehicles and motor vehicles and their loads. (Excluding motion)
3.5- Commodities and assets.
3.6- Debris removal costs.
3.7- Rent loss and intial deprivation.
3.8- Financial responsibility for fire and infestation. (Fire and explosive financial liability can be included in the scope of the collateral according to these general conditions and the attached clause with the additional contract.)
3.9. All damages that may arise due to any kind of environmental pollution which occurs directly or indirectly as a result of the occurrence of the risks covered by the insurance contract.

A.4- Non-Covered Matters

The following cases are outside the insurance coverage:
4.1- All damages caused by war, any kind of war events, invasion, foreign enemy movements, collision (whether war declared), civil war, revolt, rebellion, uprising and the military movements required by them.
4.2- All damages caused by ionizing radiation or radio-activity contamination from nuclear fuels or nuclear fuels resulting from combustion of nuclear fuels, or from the causes attributable to them, and the military and anti-infringement measures required by them. (The term combustion in this paragraph shall also include any self-sustaining nuclear decomposition.)
4.3- All losses incurred by the public authority due to the savings on the insured items.
4.4- Without fire; insured things suffer from their own defects, fermentations, roasts or corruptions that have taken place in their structures,
